The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the world’s leading professional body for coaches with over 50,000 credential holders across 157 countries and setting the global standards for ethical, high quality coaching.
Our programme is accredited by the ICF as a Level 1 Education Programme, forming a major part of the roadmap towards the first level of credentialing for professional coaches, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
By taking part in this programme, you will learn how to ethically practice coaching, build your coaching knowledge and skills, and receive individualised feedback and mentoring, to help you develop your own coaching style, matched to your own context and needs
Module 1
PRACTICAL COACHING SKILLS
A three-day in-person workshop building core coaching knowledge and skills, including coaching models, techniques and underlying principles. You will also gain over 7 hours of hands-on coaching practice, observation, feedback
MODULE 2
ADVANCED COACHING SKILLS
Six fortnightly 3-hour on-line sessions, plus a one-hour wrap up, exploring the ICF core competencies through discussions, interwoven with real-time practice and feedback.
MODULE 3
MENTOR COACHING
Seven fortnightly sessions, interlaced with module 2. 1-hour group mentor coaching sessions where individual questions and real coaching transcripts can be explored and learning shared. Three 1-1 mentor coaching sessions where you can explore your own questions and practice with an expert, highly trained coach.
